With over 8 years of experience in compliance, auditing, and regulatory consulting, Armstrong has worked across the technology, manufacturing, recycling, and environmental sectors, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and achieve certification success.
Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geographical & Sustainability Sciences from the University of Iowa, specializing in environmental sustainability, health, and sciences. He is a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, R2 Responsible Recycling, RIOS, and EHS Compliance and has extensive auditing experience with top registrars, including Perry Johnson, NQA, and Orion Registrar.
As President of Client Services, Armstrong is responsible for strategic leadership, client success, and operational excellence. He collaborates closely with businesses to develop customized compliance strategies, ensuring smooth audits, certification readiness, and effective risk management solutions.

Nicole is an experienced operations, compliance, quality assurance, and customer engagement professional with over 20 years of experience leading operational excellence and regulatory compliance initiatives. She has extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and managing integrated management systems and ensuring compliance with R2v3, RIOS, and ISO management system standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001. Her experience includes coordinating internal and external audits, developing compliance and operational procedures, conducting employee training, leading corrective and preventive action programs, managing legal and regulatory compliance obligations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Nicole is recognized for her collaborative leadership, practical problem-solving skills, and ability to build effective compliance programs that strengthen operational performance, reduce organizational risk, and support successful certification and surveillance audits while fostering a culture of quality, environmental responsibility.
Lee Ann Scott

Lee Ann is an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety professional with over 20 years of experience strengthening safety culture, improving compliance programs, and achieving operational excellence. She specializes in EHS and Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and R2v3 implementation and maintenance, internal auditing, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and practical solutions that support both people and business goals. Lee Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety and has a strong background in the recycling and automotive industries. She brings hands-on experience partnered with leadership and teams to identify risks, develop sustainable programs, and drive continuous improvement.
Christian Hightower
Sr. Consultant
Christian received his Bachelors in Public Administration from Miami University (Ohio) and Masters in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago. He brings a diverse set of experiences as an educator, facilitator, and program manager. Prior to his current role, Christian designed co-curricular leadership development programs and played an instrumental role in the formation of the Kent State Leadership Center. He also managed the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship in Washington, D.C.
